WISE HR Strategies provides vast operational and strategic as well as legal HR expertise. We provide a total outsourcing answer to your internal HR needs. We generally charge by the hour for our consulting and advisory services or on a monthly retainer basis, depending on the project. However, certain projects may be quoted at a fixed price. We often recommend to new clients that they consider this per-project option during an evaluation phase. Clients also have real time access to support when they need immediate assistance.

Knowing your organization is key. WISE HR Strategies will work on or off our client’s premises, depending on the needs and projects. It is, however, important for us to understand the culture and the needs of the senior management team of our clients and therefore, we recommend that our consultant meets with your team personally to obtain an understanding of your organization, its culture and the goals, objectives, and performance expectations your organization has for its people prior to carrying out any project.   • Legal advice on employment issues;
  • Draft legal documentation related to employment and separation, including, but not limited to, employment contracts, offer letters, consulting agreements, separation agreements and telecommuting agreements.

  • Draft all policies and procedures and individualized handbook to reflect corporate culture;

Hiring Advisement, Termination Advisement, and Reductions in Force
  • Develop recruiting strategies and scorecards for jobs to provide measurable outcomes for hiring top performers;
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for presentation of qualified candidates to client;
  • Offer letter and employment contract preparation;
  • Develop motivating referral award programs;
  • Develop and implement on-boarding procedures for new hires;
  • Establishment and maintenance of personnel files;
  • Perform impact analyses to minimize potential liability;
  • Prepare all separation documentation;

Employee Relations
  • Counsel and manage all aspects of employee relations;
  • Conduct internal investigations;
  • Partner with client to implement solutions through performance improvement plans or termination;
  • Coach employees and managers on office politics and conflicts.

Performance Management
  • Design and manage annual performance management  program including preparation of annual goals and objectives for all employees;
  • Serve as key advisor to senior and line management in the areas of skills assessment, career development, and overall retention;
  • Provide “how to” and writing training to management for year-end evaluations.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Conduct industry surveys through third party vendors to measure competitiveness;
  • Implement salary structure based on market and industry trends;
  • Establishment of payroll systems through third party vendors;
  • Design and redesign health and welfare plan programs and establish administration of same through third party vendors;
  • Negotiate renewal rates and structure cost-share plans;
  • Interview and assist with selection of new third party providers;
  • Troubleshoot payroll and benefits issues.

Training and Development
  • Design new hire and on-going training programs;
  • Retain top trainers on relevant industry and function-specific topics;
  • Conduct interview training and sexual harassment training (pricing depends on training program requirements).

HR Analytics
  • Develop headcount, turnover, recruiting and other HR analytic reports for management.

Payroll and HRIS
  • Assist client with vendor choice and coordinate implementation of payroll and HRIS systems;
  • Collaborate with Information Technology to develop intranet for HR-related information.
